By using ResumeMaker & Checker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service allows users to create, edit, and download resumes and to run automated checks for formatting and ATS-compatibility. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment & Refunds

Paid features, if any, will be clearly indicated in the app. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. You are responsible for any taxes associated with purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and underlying code provided by the Service are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., your resume data), but grant us a license to operate the Service (store, process, and display that content).

7. Advertisements

Our website may display advertisements, including Google AdSense ads. By using the Service, you acknowledge that these ads may be shown and that third-party services may collect information in accordance with their privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee resumes will secure employment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You can also close your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date.
